Federal documents obtained by The Intercept describe a “pregnancy complicated by lack of PNC” — prenatal care — and show no documented OB-GYN visit before she lost fetal movement. She was given a fetal doppler, which is not an ultrasound, and said she told staff for days that she felt unwell before being transferred for emergency care.
