Las Vegas Man Detained Four Months Without Knowing the Charges Is Granted Bail

Alfredo Santiago Castro, an undocumented Las Vegas man detained by ICE for months without being told the charges against him, will be released on bail, an immigration judge ruled July 1. The bond hearing came four months to the day after his March 1 arrest by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, who turned him over to federal custody.
