Judge Orders Release of Woman Detained by ICE After Boston Concert Trip

A federal judge ordered her released after ten days at the ICE facility near the Burlington Mall, ruling on a habeas petition after her lawyer discovered a 2017 removal order Rosales says she never knew about.
