ICE Released a Man From Aurora Detention Without His ID, 2,000 Miles From Home

Rudy Villeda Mejia spent just over four months in immigration detention in Aurora before ICE released him in an unfamiliar state more than 2,000 miles from his family in northern Washington. His family and attorney struggled to locate him after the release, which left him without his identification. He is now home.
