ICE Deploys "Less Lethal" Weapons Against Protesters, Skirting Rules

ProPublica and FRONTLINE investigated 50 incidents where federal immigration agents used crowd control weapons—including tear gas, pepper balls, and rubber bullets—against protesters in ways that appear to violate their own guidelines.
