Southwest Flight Attendant Detained by ICE at Nashville Airport

Lorenzo Thompson, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant based in Dallas, was arrested by ICE at Nashville International Airport on July 14. ICE said Thompson, a Jamaican national, overstayed a six-month entry permission by roughly five years; a fellow union member said he had an active asylum case pending at the time of his arrest.
