Faith Group and Neighbor Sue Town of Hudson Over ICE Detention Center Zoning

A Denver-based nonprofit and Janet Carlson, a neighbor of the defunct prison being converted into Colorado’s second ICE detention facility, are suing the town of Hudson, alleging town leadership is skirting local land-use code to allow the facility to reopen.
