DOJ Admits ICE Courthouse Arrests Relied on Erroneous Information

Hundreds of immigrants have been arrested at immigration courthouses. The DOJ now admits these arrests relied on erroneous information from an ICE memo, though it is unclear whether the admission could lead to some of those arrests being overturned.
