Two-Year-Old Held by ICE Sick and Not Getting Adequate Care

Congressman Joaquin Castro called for the release of a two-year-old boy named Kaleth and his mother from the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas, warning the child is sick and not receiving adequate medical care. The Dilley facility has been widely criticized for conditions of confinement for families with young children.
