Court records unsealed this week show the FBI accuses Chloe Renae Freeman, 33, a former Trinity Health Ann Arbor nurse, of assisting the escape of an undocumented Mexican man who was hospitalized after being injured fleeing ICE agents on May 28. The charge is a federal misdemeanor carrying up to one year. The FBI says she removed him from the CT scan room and he left through the ambulance bay within three minutes.
