McKinney Teacher and Husband Still Separated as ICE Detention Drags Into a Seventh Month

Rafael and Heather Alambarrio married at the Collin County Courthouse in June; seven months later they remain separated after Rafael went to a mandatory annual ICE check-in in Dallas and did not return. He was seeking asylum and waiting on a green card as the husband of a U.S. citizen.
