Judge Blocks Part of New Colorado Detention Center Inspections Law

U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Domenico granted a partial preliminary injunction against Colorado House Bill 26-1276, blocking part of a new state law governing inspections at immigration detention centers. The block holds at least until the contract between The GEO Group and ICE expires in October.
