ICE Threatens Criminal Charges Against Cook County Sheriff Over Jail Detainees

Federal immigration officials threatened to bring criminal charges against Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart if he did not comply with subpoenas demanding that his office hand over people held at the Cook County Jail.
