Amid Increased Scrutiny, ICE Detention and Deportation Data Goes Dark

July 15, 2026 Nationwide Marshall Project Data Transparency
ICE has not published its congressionally mandated semimonthly “Detention Management” report — covering arrests, detention populations, locations, and deportations — since April 9, 2026, when it held more than 60,000 people.
