ICE Detains Two Boulder County Defendants Released on Bond After Road-Rage Shooting
ICE detained two Honduran men after they posted $100,000 bonds on attempted-murder and menacing charges stemming from a June 11 road-rage shooting on U.S. 36, saying one would be deported before his state case is resolved. The Boulder County District Attorney’s office publicly disputed ICE’s social-media characterization of the case as a homicide — no one died in the incident.
