ICE Begins Targeting and Detaining Haitians Living in Springfield, Ohio

ICE has begun targeting and detaining Haitians in Springfield, Ohio after President Trump revoked their legal status, with at least 29 detained as of the previous Friday. Theresa Hice-Fromille, a board member of the Haitian Community Help and Support Center in Springfield, confirmed the count. Springfield's Haitian community became a national political target during the 2024 campaign.
