ICE Arrests and Detains an Alaska State Attorney

ICE arrested Shucheng Yang, a 32-year-old Chinese national who works as an Alaska state attorney, in Anchorage on July 10 and is holding him in an ICE detention facility in Washington state, an agency spokesperson said. ICE said Yang “violated the terms of his admission and is a deportable alien.”
