ICE Agents Have Shot 22 People During Trump’s Second Term — Most During Traffic Stops
Federal immigration agents have shot 22 people since the start of President Trump’s second term, most of them during traffic stops, according to a States Newsroom analysis. The July 13 killing of 25-year-old Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero — a Colombian national with legal work authorization — in Maine was the 22nd; 19 of the incidents involved Department of Homeland Security personnel.
