ICE Agent Strikes Man With Vehicle During Pursuit Near Houston, Breaking His Leg

An ICE agent driving a vehicle struck Miguel Parra-Hernandez on October 10 while pursuing him and another man in northwest Harris County, according to the sheriff’s office. Surveillance footage shows the agent chase and hit him; he suffered a broken leg and was hospitalized. DHS said it was trying to arrest the other man on a final removal order and did not say whether the officer had a body camera.
