ICE Agent Arrested Over Shooting of Venezuelan Man in Minnesota

ICE agent Christian Castro, wanted for shooting a Venezuelan man during the sweeping immigration crackdown in Minnesota, was arrested in Texas on Friday. Minneapolis prosecutors charged Castro with assault and falsely reporting a crime after video emerged of the non-fatal January shooting; he was taken into custody 11 days after the charges were filed.
