Harris County DA Says ICE Officer Appeared to Intentionally Hit a Man With a Vehicle in Houston

Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare said an ICE officer appeared to intentionally drive a vehicle into Miguel Parra Hernandez, 48, on October 10, breaking his leg, and that his office may bring charges, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon the most obvious. ICE called the allegation of an intentional strike false and said Parra Hernandez ran in front of an ICE vehicle. Surveillance video reviewed by the DA does not show the impact.
