Suburban Cemetery Workers Arrested by ICE Join Nationwide Accountability Effort
Two U.S. citizens who work at Concordia Cemetery say they were maced and wrongly arrested by federal immigration agents last October while on the job. They filed claims in March under the Federal Tort Claims Act, which allows suits against the federal government, and have now joined a nationwide ACLU effort seeking to hold ICE employees accountable.
