Defense Attorney Wants ‘Broadview Six’ Prosecutor on the Stand in CBP Sexual Assault Case
Three months after revelations of prosecutorial misconduct in the “Broadview Six” case, there has still been no hearing on allegations that cast unusual doubt on the credibility of U.S. Attorney Andrew Boutros' office. An attorney for a Customs and Border Protection officer accused of sexual assault is now seeking to put the prosecutor on the stand, arguing the same grand jury that was allegedly tainted in the Broadview Six case returned his client's indictment.
