Colorado Attorney General Sues GEO Group Over Aurora Tuberculosis Case

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser sued The GEO Group over its noncompliance with a state public health order at the Aurora immigration detention center. Since June the company has refused access and information requests related to a confirmed tuberculosis case at the facility it operates for ICE.
