Aurora Detention Center Put a Housing Unit on Brief TB Quarantine, Detainees Say
A pod of 80 to 90 men at the Aurora ICE Processing Center was quarantined for three days starting September 11 after detainees were told they were exposed to tuberculosis, according to two detainees and advocates. ICE and GEO did not comment, and county and state health officials said they had received no information about a new case. It follows a confirmed TB case at the facility in June.
