Attorneys Say ICE Had No Valid Warrant Before Marble Hill Shooting and Is Holding Oscar Belgal in Solitary

Legal Aid attorneys filed an amended habeas petition in the Eastern District of New York on October 14 for Oscar Belgal, 28, a Dominican construction worker shot in the neck by an ICE agent in Marble Hill. They allege agents had no valid administrative warrant and that he is held in solitary confinement at MDC without adequate medical care, with a bullet still lodged in his neck.
