Alaska Corporation to Operate ICE 24-Hour Call Center in Rural Tennessee

The Department of Homeland Security awarded a $63 million contract to an Alaska Native corporation to run a national immigration enforcement call center, according to a federal contract database. The database identifies Adams, Tennessee — a Robertson County town of about 600 people near the Kentucky border — as the future site of the 24-hour operation.
