One year after the October 2025 raid at La Catedral Arena in Wilder, Idaho, where more than 200 officers detained hundreds of people and ICE arrested 105 for immigration violations under an FBI gambling warrant, TIME reports on the ACLU class action filed in February 2026 alleging Fourth Amendment violations.
